INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the kale and place it in a large salad bowl.
Slice the avocado and cucumber. Set aside.
Toast the sliced almonds if not already toasted.
Slice the scallions and tear the cilantro.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the seasoned rice vinegar, orange juice, sesame oil, agave, minced ginger, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chopped kale. Massage the kale with your hands for a few minutes to soften it and allow the dressing to infuse.
Add the sliced avocado, cucumber, toasted almonds, black sesame seeds, sliced scallions, and torn cilantro to the bowl.
Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and ensure they are evenly coated with the dressing.
